Welcome to IFELS Language Academy! By using our website and enrolling in our English language courses, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1) Eligibility
- Students must be 16+ (or accompanied by a guardian)
- You confirm you can participate in English language instruction
- You will follow all class policies and instructor guidance
2) Enrollment & Payments
- Enrollments are made via our website form or by phone
- Class placement is confirmed by email after assessment
- Seats are limited and allocated in order of registration
- All prices are in CAD
Payment: Course fees are due before the first class via e‑transfer or credit card. Monthly memberships are billed at the start of each month.
3) Cancellations & Refunds
- 48+ hours before: full refund or free reschedule
- 24–48 hours before: 50% refund or reschedule with 25% fee
- Under 24 hours / no‑show: no refund; reschedule at full fee
- If we cancel: full refund within 7 business days or free reschedule
4) Class Conduct & Liability
- Arrive on time and prepared for class
- Respectful behavior toward instructors and fellow students is required
- We are not responsible for personal belongings
- Students must maintain appropriate progress and attendance
5) Intellectual Property
- Course materials and content are our property
- No recording or distribution without permission
- You retain rights to your own work and assignments
6) Website Use
- No illegal or unauthorized use
- No malware or harmful code
- Respect copyright and trademarks

7) Governing Law
- Laws of Ontario and Canada
- Exclusive jurisdiction: courts of Ontario, Canada
